Description
Food fundraisers, potlucks, and other social gatherings are an excellent way to socialize with the community. The session will cover how to reduce food safety risks when cooking for a crowd so the food is both safe and delicious including information about:
- Food safety practices for cooking in large volumes of food for the public
- Safe purchasing, storage, preparation, and service for a crowd
How can I participate in-person?
