Description

High blood pressure, also known has hypertension, is a common disease that can lead to heart disease and other serious health conditions. If you have high blood pressure, it's a good idea to do your best to control it especially during this COVID 19 pandemic. Having high blood pressure can put you at higher risk of severe illness from COVID 19. Learn how nutrition plays a role in high blood pressure prevention and management.
